In addition to being a booking agency, we also work with artists directly to make their lives a little bit easier on the road. We call it the "advance" when a tour manager goes through all of the event details with a promoter months prior to any given concert or event. This allows for a steady stream of communication and accurate planning from the standpoint of both the promoter and the artist.
